COUNTRY HOUSE KITCHEN

This project involved the complete renovation of an outdated kitchen in a large Grade II listed house, to create a more functional and welcoming room for family life. The layout was reworked to make better use of the available space and improve the overall flow of the room.

We worked with deVOL to design a kitchen that feels timeless and classic in its foundations, while incorporating contemporary touches. Playful colour combinations and beautiful fabrics were introduced through the furniture, window treatments, accessories and soft furnishings, adding warmth and personality to the space.

A key part of the brief was creating a sociable area for family and friends, so we incorporated a kitchen table with banquette seating to comfortably seat larger groups. One of the doors to the garden was also reimagined as a sunny lounging area, with a built-in bench seat designed as the perfect spot to sit and read in the sunshine.
